Superior component tinning fluxes are used in automated and manual tinning systems. All post-solder residues must be washed off surfaces.

Superior No. 40MM4 is a halide-flux formulated with high activity for copper and nickel tinning applications.
Superior No. 45 offers the advantages of an alcohol-based, component tinning flux, including minimal spattering during tinning. No. 45 was specially formulated for tinning nickel/copper semiconductor and component leads in automated soldering systems.
Superior No. 334 No-Clean component tinning flux has activity levels optimal for both Lead-Free and Tin/Lead applications. It meets Bellcore and IPC requirements for No-Clean Classification and provides long-term reliability in manual and automated processes.
Superior No. 430MB is a water-soluble component tinning flux that is Halide-Free, employing unique organic activators to strip off metal oxides and tarnish without attacking the underlying metals. This unique halide-free flux has many of the operational characteristics of halide-containing fluxes while being much less corrosive.
Superior No. 435 (3:1) is an alcohol-based, halide-free component tinning flux that was specifically designed for Lead-Free applications.
