Superior wire tinning fluxes are RoHS compliant.
Superior No. 30 has a long track record in wire, wire harness and cable tinning in automotive, appliance, and other applications. Post-solder flux residues are water-soluble and must be cleaned post-soldering. For more information on the No. 30 family of products, go to Superior No. 30 Supersafe Soldering Flux.
Superior No. 45 offers the advantages of an alcohol-based, wire tinning flux, including minimal spattering during tinning. No. 45 is a water-soluble flux.
Superior No. 334 No-Clean wire tinning flux has activity levels optimal for both Lead-Free and Tin/Lead applications. It meets Bellcore and IPC requirements for No-Clean Classification and provides long-term reliability in manual and automated processes.
Superior Flux wire tinning fluxes can be used in the wide range of tinning applications from fully automated to manual operations. Residues from Superior Flux wire tinning fluxes, with the exception of those from Superior No. 334 No-Clean Flux, need to be thoroughly cleaned off after soldering.
