Our No. 5000-TF No-Clean Tacky Flux is a versatile tacky flux ideal for PCB assembly, rework, and repair, as well as BGA (Ball grid array) assembly and rework. No. 5000-TF is Halide-free and is classified as an ROL0 per IPC J-STD-004. This No-Clean tacky flux leaves a clear, hard residue that is pintestable.

Description

No. 5000-TF is a versatile No-Clean, Halide-free tacky flux suitable for PCB and BGA assembly, rework, and repair. This tacky flux contains no ionic ingredients and is suitable for cleanroom applications. No. 5000-TF can also be used in a variety of electronic, electrical and other soldering applications. Though a No-Clean, No. 5000-TF can be effective in soldering Nickel as well as certain steels. This tacky flux may be used with the full range of tin-based solders, including lead-free and lead-bearing solders. No. 500-TF can be applied via dispenser, stencil or manually. No. 5000-TF leaves a clear, hard residue that is pin-testable. When cleaning is required, 99% isopropyl Alcohol (Electronics Grade) may be used to remove flux residues. When cleaning is required and a solvent cannot be used, ask us about our SyberKleen 2000 Saponifier.
